“Nature itself is the best physician.” Hippocrates

Imagine weaving the beauty of nature with personal development and inspirational journaling to explore:

  • ways of bringing nature into your home and life
  • creative writing
  • meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation
  • using the metaphor of nature as part of our human journey

As the day is bespoke and on a 1:1 basis, you can book your Nature Medicine Journaling Retreat when you like, weekday or weekend.  Your retreat is completely personalized and is your place to relax, play, meditate, experiment creatively, laugh, reflect, be listened to, coached, mentored, tutored, encouraged and inspired.

LOCATION

The retreat runs 10am until 4pm from my home and our lovely woodland garden, on the outskirts of Brighton, Sussex.

Parking is pay & display.  Buses go to either end of the road, and there are nearby train stations. Feel free to bring lunch, or there are delis and parks nearby where you can purchase food to eat in or out.

If the day is too cold, wet or windy to work outside, we bring nature indoors.

We may also work in any of the nearby nature locations such as:

Withdean Woods

Wild Park

Preston Park

Preston Manor Walled Garden

Preston Park Rock Gardens

Hollingbury Park & Woods

FEE

The Nature Medicine Journaling Retreat is £150 and includes morning and afternoon refreshment.  I ask you to pay in advance by bank transfer or online.
