As the day is bespoke and on a 1:1 basis, you can book your Nature Medicine Journaling Retreat when you like, weekday or weekend. Your retreat is completely personalized and is your place to relax, play, meditate, experiment creatively, laugh, reflect, be listened to, coached, mentored, tutored, encouraged and inspired.
The retreat runs 10am until 4pm from my home and our lovely woodland garden, on the outskirts of Brighton, Sussex.
Parking is pay & display. Buses go to either end of the road, and there are nearby train stations. Feel free to bring lunch, or there are delis and parks nearby where you can purchase food to eat in or out.
If the day is too cold, wet or windy to work outside, we bring nature indoors.
