WHAT IS WEIGHT MANAGEMENT?

I offer you motivation, guidance and support for you to reach your ideal weight. By assisting you in committing to action and by you being accountable to me, weight management coaching allows you to take control of your eating habits in a healthy way. I specialize in a multidisciplinary approach to weight management using the following:

  • Cognitive restructuring, which can modify or eliminate your unwanted thoughts and beliefs in relation to food
  • Behavioural techniques, which can help you to change your behaviour in response to unhealthy and inappropriate eating
  • Nutritional guidance

THE 8-WEEK WEIGHT MANAGEMENT TELE-COACHING PROGRAMME

The 8-Week Weight Management Tele-Coaching Programme is about healthy eating for life. You will learn a healthy way of eating that works for you and which helps you achieve sustainable weight loss without dieting.

This is how it works:

Step 1: When you book your 8-Week Weight Management Coaching Programme, I will send you a questionnaire which I ask you to complete and return to me prior to our initial 45 minute tele-consultation.

Step 2: The 45 minute tele-consultation will help us clarify and set realistic goals for your weight management based on your responses in the questionnaire.

Step 3: This is followed by 7 (weekly) 30-minute tele-coaching sessions where we celebrate your successes and move you through your challenges. Your weekly coaching sessions will help motivate and inspire you to continue your weight loss programme to good effect.

The cost for your 8-week supported Weight Management Coaching Programme is £199.

Following your successful weight loss, if you would like further weight management coaching, then you just pay for a further 8 weeks.
