WHAT IS STRESS / ANXIETY MANAGEMENT THERAPY?
Whether you are stressed, worried, confused, wanting to make changes
in your life or coping with unwanted change, it can help to talk
things over in confidence.
The stress response is a natural instinct. A small dose not only
helps your body function well, but also enables you to be creative
and efficient. However, when stress becomes too much, your body
may react negatively, leading to possible health issues and disrupting
normal cognitive functioning.
In stress management therapy, we explore your coping strategies
in stressful situations. Using a variety of interventions, we can
assist you to explore ways to adapt to the situation in a more
relaxed way.

My clinic is based in Brighton, Sussex. My fees are £35
per hour excluding diagnostic tests. If you wish, you can pay in
advance using a debit / credit card (here). Evening and Saturday
appointments are usually available as well as daytime appointments.
If you cancel an appointment without giving twenty-four hours notice,
the full fee will be payable.
