DIPLOMA IN STRESS MANAGEMENT

Diploma Holistic Stress Management, Laurel Alexander

If looking for a Diploma qualification in Stress Management, I offer an accredited course:

Stress can be good for you. It can challenge and inspire, and provoke positive life-changing events. Whenever a stressful event triggers emotional, intellectual or spiritual growth, you know it's good stress you're dealing with. But it's often not so much the event itself but your response to the event that determines whether or not you're up against good or bad stress.

What we need to do is find the optimal level of stress, which will individually motivate but not overwhelm each of us. As such, what is distressing to one may be a joy to another. And even when we agree that a particular event is distressing, we are likely to differ in our physiological and psychological responses to it.

Stress management is about attending to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being and this course specializes in a multidisciplinary approach to stress management and prevention
