The Wise Woman Tradition is the world's oldest natural healing
tradition. It:

in possibilities and opportunities
- treasures our cycles, bodies and inner ways of knowing
- understands the value of chaos, the void, the darkness/shadow,
the non-action and non-doing
- sees challenges as allies for us in our transformational process
- challenges us to care for ourselves in a way that leads us profoundly
to our truth and power within
- approaches health and healing with this same unconditional love
and deep nourishment
- embraces the feminine divine and understands the need for balance,
co-creation, understanding, love and integration between the
masculine and feminine
- listens deeply and honours the voice of our ancestors, our children
and elders
The Wise Woman Tradition sees everyone
as a potential wise woman. Seeking
support, we ally
ourselves
with a woman
of wisdom. We
listen for resonance. We seek ones
who can
guide us, support us in the
vulnerability and chaos of our expansion
through natural healing. We seek ones
who encourage
our transformation. The Wise Woman
Tradition is an inherent knowledge
that all women and
some men possess. It
is their birthright, and genetic coding
that comes with them ancestrally. So,
when you
learn the Wise
Woman Tradition,
you are really "re-learning" a
natural healing process - that which
you already know. As a Wise Woman Teacher,
I am a guide to help you to remember
what
you already
know but may have forgotten along the
way.

WHAT YOU LEARN IN THE WISE WOMAN TRADITION
When you work with me, you embark on a journey of natural healing
and self discovery. To study with me is to wish to find your Wise
Woman within, to see life’s challenges as magickal opportunities
for integration and wholeness. As a Wise Woman, you will nourish
your healing abilities and gain insight into your own self development.
The course is intended to be a healing journey for you and move
you towards a deeper connection to the earth. The doorways that
are opened and the wisdom gained will seep into your home and
everyday life.
The Wise Woman Tradition is open to anyone interested, regardless
of their gender, belief system, past experience, or knowledge.
Though the course does often stress the energy of the Mother
present in the earth, both yin and yang energies present in
all things
is honored. Women tend to be the majority in the learning but
green men are welcome.
You will engage in home study (reading and assignments) as
well as keeping a Book of Illumination throughout the time
we work
together, which is a reflection of your journey of self discovery.
DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES - £250
You can start your supported distance learning course at any
time and take up to one year to complete. The course can be delivered
via email or snail mail. This is what we will be covering:

for you to complete. You can send the projects to me by email or
post and I will return with comment.

- Although I had read a few books and attended several introductory workshops on various spiritual matters, I decided to enroll on the Wise Woman course because it offered a kind of 'consolidation' and tying together of what I had picked up. I particularly liked that there was no pressure (as I was taking a couple of OU courses at the same time) and as Laurel says, it was at my own pace and self-determined - this was a boon what with school holidays etc, interrupting my progress from time to time.
