WHAT IS RELAXATION COACHING?

Relaxation Coaching introduces you to simple techniques that will accelerate your capacity to; relax in tense situations, fall asleep more easily, and heal the damage your body has suffered as a result of stress. Home practice and journaling are combined with techniques to help you make lasting life changes. Techniques we might use include:

  • Autogenic relaxation
  • Progressive muscle relaxation
  • Visualization
  • Guided imagery
  • Meditation
  • Breathe work
  • Affirmations

Relaxation, like any other skill, needs to be practiced, therefore it is recommended that a minimum of three sessions are completed. The aim of practicing relaxation is for it to become an autonomic process and part of everyday life, and to counterbalance unmanageable levels of stress.

Evening and Saturday appointments are usually available as well as daytime appointments. A one hour session is £45. Or you can have a 2-hour intensive for £85. You can pay online (here) or pay at the session.
