1-DAY BESPOKE WORKSHOPS IN BRIGHTON, SUSSEX
We all have the ability to use subtle energy skills to help heal
ourselves and others. This series of workshops offers you the opportunity
to develop your healing skills under the guidance of an experienced
healer, therapist and teacher.
HOW THE WORKSHOPS ARE DELIVERED
The workshops are delivered on a 1-2-1 basis in Brighton, Sussex.
You can have the workshops anytime through the year, on a weekday
or a Saturday.
WORKSHOP 1
Suitable for beginners. On this workshop, we cover:

The benefits and effects of energy healing
- Energetic anatomy (the chakra and energy field system)
- How to protect, ground and cleanse your energies
- Relaxation techniques
- Visualisation techniques
- Meditation techniques
- Self healing
You will receiving healing during the workshop. As the workshop
is bespoke, we can include any other related
learning.
WORKSHOP 2
You need to have covered workshop 1. On this workshop, we cover:

Chakra development
- Hands-on healing
-
The practitioner’s experience
-
The client’s experience
- The mindbody link
- Meditation techniques
You will be both giving and receiving healing during the workshop.
As the workshop is bespoke, we can include any
other related learning.
WORKSHOP 3
You need to have covered the areas of workshop 1 and 2. On this
workshop, we cover:

Chakra healing
- Distance healing
- Karma and dis-ease
- Meditation techniques
You will be both giving and receiving healing during the workshop.
As the workshop is bespoke, we can include any other
related learning.
FEE
The cost of each workshop plus workbook is £99. They run
near Preston Park in Brighton, Sussex. There are kitchen facilities
(feel free to bring your own lunch) and a lovely garden plus plenty
of on-street parking in adjoining roads. There are places to eat
nearby plus two parks with cafes. The day runs from 10am - 4pm
with an hour for lunch.
Note: A second person can enroll for £75
If you book all 3 workshops and pay in advance, the fee is £280
