This home-study course offers you the opportunity to develop different ways of accessing your inner self and creatively expressing what you find. You can choose to express your words through prose, poems, fiction, autobiography, journaling or any other written form.

HOW SELF DEVELOPMENT THROUGH CREATIVE WRITING IS DELIVERED

Self Development through Creative Writing is delivered via home-study (distance learning) which you can start at any time and take up to one year to complete. The course can be delivered online (email) or distance (post). Benefits of home study:

SYLLABUS

PART 1: Unbuttoning Your Creativity
Techniques which open your creative mind including: active imagination (Jungian term!), flow writing, image exploration, letters, clustering, dreams, linking, internal dialogues and imagery.

PART 2: Themes
Using your creativity to work on themes such as: life stages, self-image, relationships, memories, wishes and dreams, sexuality, coping with change, boosting self esteem, physical wellness, fears, walking in balance, choices and spiritual wellbeing and any other life theme.

FEE

The fee of £199 and includes learning material, textbook and home-study support with an experienced tutor who is a published writer, facilitator of writing courses and therapist.

2. Two instalments: £99 upon enrolment plus one further instalment of £100

• Although I write as part of my job, it’s been a long time (since school days) since I had done any creative writing. The funny thing was, once I’d started writing it became a really easy way to express my emotions, which I was quite surprised about – the words literally flowed out!
