INSPIRATION
With several years in the personal and professional coaching and
training industry behind me, at 39 (12 years ago) I was diagnosed
with breast cancer. Following recovery I specialised in health and
wellness, becoming qualified in stress management therapy, CBT, reflexology,
Reiki (practitioner and teacher) and nutritional therapy.

HEALTH & WELLNESS EXPERIENCE
- Wellness coaching and therapeutic experience with adults
spanning more than 20 years in both the public and private sectors
including
a private practice in Sussex.
- Guest speaker on reflexology, nutrition and stress management (Health
Awareness at Work Week) for the Learning Skills Council.

- Media work: Heard on BBC Radio giving guidance on natural health/beauty,

advice on stress management.
